BEACH-ACCESS FOR “AROGI-EN-PLO” BEACH OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF EGIROS
In cooperation with the “Perpato” Disabled Association, and with funding by the Greek Ministry of Macedonia-Thrace, the Municipality of Egiros installed Mobi-Mats (A2X, total length 53 metres) on “Arogi-En-Plo” Beach.
The Mayor of the Municipality, Mr. Evangelos Litsos, stated that for the next season they are planning to install beach access mats on six more beaches of the municipality (another 180 metres); INSERT INTO `wp_posts` VALUES with the support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Members of “Perpato” had the opportunity to use the mats and loved them. Their president, Mr. Alex. Taxildaris, pointed out: “In practice, these mats are very handy and friendly, not only for wheel-chair users but also for pedestrians who do not wish to walk on the sand. The mats will make it easier for our members to visit this beach. Additionally, this equipment is going to give high publicity to our municipality”.

BEACH-ACCESS FOR “Free access to the Natural Environment” BEACH OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALEO FALIRO
Following a successful Forum, which was organized at the Municipality of Paleo Faliro/ Attica by the French Embassy of Greece, with the title “Free access to the Natural Environment”, the administration of the municipality proceeded to the purchase of three Mobi-Mats (A2X type) of a total length of 85 m.The mats were installed on the Batis Beach, the closest beach to the city of Athens.
The Mayor of Paleio Faliro, Mr. Dionysis Chatzidakis, noted: “The new equipment means equal implementation of rights for all citizens and quality of living”.
Mr. Aristotelis Alexopoulos, Assistant Professor at the Aegean University, partner with the municipality, pointed out: “A full utilization of this equipment will create excellent requirements towards the development of special tourism. This is going to have multiple benefits for everybody”.

BEACH-ACCESS FOR “all of us” GOLDEN BEACH OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF THASOS ISLAND
The Golden Beach in Paralia of Thasos Island, is a very popular and touristy place, as you can see.
The narrow Mobi-Mat TOPX was installed to enable not only the wheelchair users but the whole beach goers to access the beach who do not wish to walk on the sand and it only took 20 minutes for this result!
Our frindly and very handy mats enable the people with disabilities to cross the sand and access the water.
Additionally, this equipment is going to give high publicity to municipality of Thasos who realy cares about all of us…
